Return policy
The Flowshey online store does sell based on our great design and proven reliability. So the quality is guaranteed. In addition, we have a professional team to test whether the product you ordered works properly before it is packaged and sent to you. Therefore, you must review all custom name products described in detail on our website before placing an order. Make sure the name to be engraved is spelled correctly, as well as the colour, size and any other details about your order. The policy begins on the delivery date.

Return/Exchange Policy:
In case of peeling paint, falling crystals, broken chains, etc., please notify us immediately by email and you will receive a refund or exchange of your purchase within 30 days. (We will only exchange items for the same product, or items of equal or lower value.)
If we have sent the wrong order or item, you have received any broken items, personalised information is different from what you have provided to Flowshey, or you have received a product that is of defective quality, please notify us immediately by email and you will Receive a refund or exchange of your purchase within 15 days.
The following reasons are covered by the 15-day LIMITED COVERAGE return/exchange policy (customer is responsible for return postage and replacement postage):
If you choose the wrong size bracelet/ring or chain length.
If you change your mind due to personal reasons, personal taste, ordering a large number of personalized items for comparison or sizing, or you don't see detailed instructions, etc.
Because personalized products are unique, the products cannot be resold after being returned. If you encounter any product problems, please contact our customer service staff in time, and we will help you solve the problem as soon as possible.
Cancellation Policy:
Immediately after submitting your order, we will start producing personalized items. If you want to cancel or change your purchase, please contact our customer service before shipping. Please note that a 50% restocking fee will be charged for all cancelled or changed personalised merchandise orders (after shipping).
Please note that once we have placed your order, you cannot cancel or change your purchase.
The following reasons are not covered by our 30-day return policy and we are not responsible for these issues:
The product has been exposed to corrosive substances or chemicals. Exposure to harsh chemicals can change the appearance of jewelry. These chemicals include, but are not limited to, liquid silver polishes, swimming pools, hot tubs, and spas. Silver oxide is easily damaged.
Items that have been resized, updated and/or repaired are not eligible.
The product has been damaged by misuse, mishandling or poor maintenance.
Silver flakes impart detail through oxidation, and over time they may appear black. To remove it, clean with a silver polishing cloth to restore its original appearance.
Any orders received after 30 days from the delivery date.

Return service procedure:
For returns, please contact our customer service. One of our representatives will contact you via email with instructions. If you need assistance, please email flowshey@outlook.com. If it is a quality problem, please provide the order# and attach a clear photo of the item that represents the problem.
Once your return is accepted, it will be refunded within 3-7 business days to the original form of payment. Any promotional gifts must also be returned with your returned item.
Returned items should be in the original condition in which you received them.

Please make sure you provide us with the tracking number and receipt upon return.
